If you are not satisfied with one tutor, please let us know, we are going to assign another tutor.

If you are not satisfied with the second tutor, then we are going to provide a refund.

If you would like to cancel the online tutoring service, please let us know by e-mail at refund@gurujee.org or by phone at +1-734-972-1019. We will be happy to provide reimbursement for unused tutorial sessions, no questions asked.

The online tutoring service must be cancelled or reimbursed within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Reimbursement will be given for unused tutoring sessions after deducting 10% of the administration fee and $25 per lesson for lessons already taken.

For example, if $200 paid for a 10-hr package. This tutorial service is cancelled after four lessons. We will deduct the administration fee 10% of $250 = $20.00 and Fee of 4 lessons, 4 x $20 = $80 and refund the balance $200 – $20.00 – $80.00 = $100 to you.
